Haven't used the bag yet, but found this for $42 at Babies R Us on line, with free shipping. Definitely worth the price, and I'm looking forward to a backpack that can allow me to carry baby and wear a comfortable bag at the same time.

We've used and abused this bag as our primary diaper bag for 2+ years, and loved it. It is just the right size, sturdy, and has just the right amount of organizing storage pockets. Even packed full and weighed down, it is comforable to wear. We've soiled it and washed it in a gentle cycle in the washing machine, and it comes out clean. I say it's "almost perfect" because I would prefer a top-opening style. I reach in there MOST often for the diaper changing pad, which won't come out easily through the front/side access zipper designed to let you reach inside for small items. Because the zipper finally gave way (will try to contact maker for replacement like prior reviewer suggested), I got a different bag that opens from the top. The new bag is not as sturdy as the Trekster, and is a bit too large, but I LOVE the top-opening design of the other bag much better, plus the front-pockets for small-stuff is better than the Trekster's side pockets. BTW, we still use the diaper changing pad from the Trekster. It's thin, folds flat, and easy to open/use one-handed in a public restroom.
[UPDATE-I contacted Columbia and emailed them photos of our broken zipper. They sent us a whole new backpack. That's incredible customer service and a true demonstration of how a company stands behind its product. Kudos!]

I bought this diaper bag and LOVE it! Its small, not a huge bag to lug around, but it holds a ridiculous amount of stuff. It has a seperate area with a changing mat. It has an insulated side pocket to put your bottles. The other side pocket is for mommy stuff like your phone, keys, wallet, ect. The main compartment opens two ways. a little zipper next to one of the pockets for easy access or you can open the main zipper which goes all around the bag. it also has little flaps on the straps so you can clip it onto the stroller if you dont feel like wearing it. Its awesome. I just took an all day trip and i brought 3 bottle, 7 diapers, a wipe case, two containers of food, cereal, mum mum crackers, toys, extra change of clothes and all of my little things and it all fit in there nicely! Def a keeper!!!
