When you receive this, it looks exactly like the picture - no surprises. It's rather heavy and seems to be made very well. It looks way more expensive than we paid for it. We are extremely satisfied with it, as well as the matching robe hook (not as unattractive in person) and toilet paper holder!

Ordered THREE items from Plumber's Surplus. They cancelled my order and raised the prices by over 50%. Then they offered me a 20% coupon to place my order again. Beware this site. What a RIPOFF!!!!! Amazon.com should remove this vendor from their site. Don't do business with this site !!

I love this piece. Definitely unique compared to other items like this. It looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom. Attaches snugly to the wall, and is even reversible--the 'open' end can face either left or right.
